H.R. 148, Social Security for Americans Only Act

If signed into law, the Social Security for Americans Only Act would prohibit wages earned by individuals who are not U.S. citizens or nationals from being credited for Social Security and would authorize the President to enter into totalization agreements with other countries, taking into account such limitations on the aforementioned crediting of wages.

Rep. Ron Paul (TX-14) introduced H.R. 148 on January 5, 2011. It has since been referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
