If signed into law, the No Social Security for Illegal Immigrants Act would exclude any wages earned by an alien in the United States (while the alien did not have proper work authorization) from being counted towards Social Security credit.
Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (CA-46) introduced H.R. 787 on February 17, 2011. It has since been referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
