If signed into law, H.R. 5772 would establish a system to inform older Americans approaching Medicare eligibility, modernize the Part B enrollment process, and provide assistance to those who make costly mistakes when enrolling in the Part B program.
Rep. Raul Ruiz (CA-36) introduced H.R. 5772 on July 13, 2016. It has since been referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
