Both Houses of Congress remained in their home states and districts this week as the August recess continued. The Senate will be back in session on Tuesday, September 6th, and the House of Representatives will be back on Wednesday, the 7th.

As the August recess comes to a close, The Senior Citizens League (TSCL) would like to remind you to approach your Members of Congress at local events to request their support for a fair Social Security cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) and other key issues.
