If adopted, H.R. 275 would require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to negotiate covered part D drug prices on behalf of Medicare beneficiaries.
Representative Peter Welch (VT) introduced H.R. 275 on January 8, 2019. It has since been referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
