If adopted, S. 62 would allow the Secretary of Health and Human Services to negotiate fair prescription drug prices under Part D of the Medicare program.
Senator Amy Klobuchar (MN) introduced S. 62 on January 9, 2019. It has since been referred to the Committee on Finance.
