If signed into law, the Social Security Guarantee Act would guarantee the right of individuals to receive Social Security benefits under title II of the Social Security Act in full, and with accurate annual cost-of-living adjustments.
Rep. Walter Jones (NC-3) introduced H.R. 1275 on March 20, 2013. It has since been referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
