If signed into law, the No Social Security for Illegal Immigrants Act would exclude any wages earned by an illegal immigrant in the United States from being counted towards Social Security benefits.
Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (CA-46) introduced H.R. 2745 on July 18, 2013. It has since been referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
