If signed into law, S. 122 would allow individuals to import safe and affordable prescription drugs from approved pharmacies in Canada.
Senator John McCain (AZ) introduced S. 122 on January 8, 2015. It has since been referred to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions.
