Members of both Houses of Congress remained in their home states and districts this week as the August recess continued. They are expected to return to Capitol Hill on Monday, September 10th.
August Recess Continues
TSCL would like to remind you to contact your Members of Congress while they are in their home states and districts to request their support for fair cost-of-living adjustments, Notch fairness, and other issues affecting seniors.
Many Members of Congress will hold town hall meetings throughout the remainder of the recess, giving constituents an excellent opportunity to have their concerns addressed. In the upcoming week, the following Members of Congress, among others, will hold town halls in their states and districts.
